Grape varieties: Arinto grapes from the Douro region, Chardonnay and Bical grapes from old vineyards in the Bairrada region. Winemaking using the classic method.

Taste: Straw yellow colour with fine bubbles, delicate aroma that combines with notes of bread, citrus and floral notes. Smooth and engaging on the palate, with a long finish.

Combination: Goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, fish, seafood, cheese or just on its own.
