Collection: NORTE

The Região Norte refers to the north of Portugal, north of Porto. The region is characterized by green forests and vineyards, through which the Douro River meanders. There is less tourism here than in the south of the country, but all the more arts and crafts. Especially around the city of Barcelos there are numerous but hidden potteries where old traditions are preserved.
