Beatriz has a special connection to the ceramic tradition of Portugal. She comes from Alcobaça, where beautifully decorated tableware has been made for centuries. She chose Caldas da Rainha, the country's most famous ceramic town, for her design studies. In addition to the joint projects with Samuel, she also works in the fields of photography, textiles, and jewelry design.
